WowWee and its fulfillment partner Esend make every effort to ship credit authorized orders received before 3pm EST Monday through Friday, the same day they are placed but makes no guarantee. Orders take 12-24 hours to download, this means that if you order a product and select a specialized shipping method such as overnight, your order will ship as soon as it credit approves and clears our order processing department. If any item on your order is on pre-order or backorder status we may hold the entire order until the items are available for shipping. Some items are shipped from different locations and orders of more than one item may be shipped in multiple pieces. We may need to contact you to provide additional information such as bill to/ship to verification to ship your order and thank you in advance for your cooperation.
The recipient must be available between 9am and 5pm, when UPS will attempt delivery at the noted shipping address. If the recipient misses all delivery attempts the package is returned and cannot be redelivered. Please note that a signature is required.
You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from WowWee.com, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

The WowWee.com Store currently does not accept international orders outside of North America. This will soon be expanded, but currently we can only accept orders for the U.S. and Canada.

Your credit card is charged upon placing your order. A charge will appear on your statement from WowWee Montreal. Please note that credit authorizations may sometimes appear as charges (particularly if using a credit card with debit functionality) which are usually released by the card within 3-5 days.

All products are sold with the full manufacturer's limited warranty. Manufacturer warranty applies from date of purchase. Esend expressly disclaims all warranties either express or implied including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Esend in no way guarantees the compatibility of any merchandise we sell. This disclaimer in no way affects the terms of any manufacturers' warranties.
Online Return Policy
You may return merchandise purchased if it meets the guidelines below.
All returns must be made in original condition and include all accessories. You will receive a credit for your purchase only if it meets the criteria below. We do not offer merchandise exchanges.
7-Day Return for Refund Period
Seven days from the date merchandise was received, refunds are available on any items purchased.
14-Day Return for Exchange Period
Fourteen days from the date merchandise was received, An item can be returned for an exchange
(Item will be returned to our warehouse for credit and the customer will be responsible for reordering)
Any merchandise missing the original Universal Product Code (UPC) cannot be returned. If the item is damaged or defective, please see details below.
Restocking Fee
A 10% restocking fee will be charged on a non-defective opened item. These fees apply unless the item is defective or damaged, you received the wrong item, or the fee is prohibited by law.
Missing Item or Damaged Product Fee
A missing item or damaged product fee will be charged for any product missing the original box, packaging material, contents, accessories and/or manuals (i.e., any product not in "like new" condition).
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If you return a damaged, defective or incorrect item you will receive a credit. You may then choose to purchase a replacement item online.
Credit
Once you meet all the guidelines we will refund your credit card the cost of the unit plus tax if any. Please allow 7 to 14 business days from receipt of item for the credit to appear on your credit card billing statement. Shipping charges are non refundable (see Below)
Shipping Fees
Shipping, handling, insurance charges, tariffs, import charges and taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not refundable.
Returning an item
All orders must have a Return Merchandise Authorization number; (RMA) marked clearly on the returned package. To obtain an RMA number please email Esend Customer Service (customerservice@esend.com) between the hours of 8:30 AM and 5:30 PM, EST Monday through Friday.
Payments
We currently accept Visa and MasterCard. We do not currently accept international credit cards.
WowWee does not guarantee the compatibility of any merchandise we sell. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure compatibility of any products we sell prior to purchasing.

It is WowWee's and Esend's policy to maintain truthful accurate advertising, however we are not responsible for typographical, photographic, production, or pricing errors. All pricing and services are subject to change without notice. Pricing and promotions do not include shipping or insurance.
Manufacturer warranties for exported goods may vary or even be null and void. All trademarks and registered trademarks are the sole property of their respective owners. WowWee and Esend reserve the right to make adjustments due to changing market conditions, product discontinuation, manufacturer price changes, errors in advertisements and other extenuating circumstances.
