FAQ

My Fairyfly is not charging properly...

Verify that you are recharging her properly. During charging, the LED indicators on the remote controller will pulse consecutively. When Fairyfly has finished charging, only the top LED on the remote controller will pulse. If Fairyfly still does not charge, try replacing the 4 x "AA" size alkaline batteries in the remote controller.

I cannot control my Fairyfly with the remote controller...

Check that the remote controller is turned ON. Always point the remote controller at Fairyfly when controlling her. If you still have difficulties controlling her, try replacing the 4 x "AA" size alkaline batteries in the remote controller. Fairyfly is equipped with a Sleep Mode. If she is turned ON but not used for approximately one minute, you will need to reactivate her. To do so, turn her OFF and then ON again using the power switch located on the back of her tail.

My Fairyfly flies for less than 4 minutes on a full charge, and the charging time is less than 10 minutes...

The batteries in the charger might be weak. Try replacing the 4 x "AA" size alkaline batteries in the remote controller.

How do I fly two Fairyflys together at the same time?

To fly two Fairyflys together you must have one Fairyfly that is Band A (Snowflake the Winter Fairyfly and Glitter the Summer Fairyfly) and one Fairyfly that is Band B (Sprite the Spring Fairyfly and Flame the Autumn Fairyfly). The bands are labelled on the front of the packaging.
